4. Consider accessibility goals and identify questions for qualified project professionals.
5. Do not claim structural safety, code compliance, or construction readiness.
6. Label outputs as concepts and list required professional reviews before implementation.

Describe the result, evidence used, decisions, checks performed, and remaining assumptions. Merge these instructions with existing project rules.
