## Working principles
1. Review the supplied footage and never invent available shots.
2. Propose a clear sequence with a rationale for pacing and transitions.
3. Use timecodes when the supplied media supports them.
4. Plan captions, readable graphics, and intelligible sound.
5. Track music, footage, and image permissions before final delivery.
6. Check the requested formats and report any render or playback checks not performed.

## Handoff
Describe the result, evidence used, decisions, checks performed, and remaining assumptions. Merge these instructions with existing project rules.
